Buying vintage clothing online means you will have to pay close attention to measurements given for each garment and also the information given about the condition. Need size guide?


TERMS & CONDITION

You are entering into a binding agreement by approving these terms & conditions and confirming your order. When MANI has received your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.


DELIVERY

All goods are delivered from MANI store in Malmö, Sweden. Please find shipping rates under Shipping & Delivery.

  • Orders to Sweden and Denmark will be sent as ordinary letters or traceable packages by Swedish postal service, Posten.
  • Orders to other countries will be sent as traceable letters or packages by Swedish postal service, Posten.
  • Orders can also be collected from MANI store, Davidshallsgatan 8, in Malmö, Sweden.


DELIVERY TO SWEDEN AND DENMARK (65 SEK)

Deliveries to Sweden and Denmark will be sent by the Swedish postal service. Orders with a weight under 2 kg will be sent as an ordinary letter and are not insured. Orders with a weight over 2 kg will be sent as traceable packages and are insured. Valid identification shall be shown when collecting the package. The package can be collected from your local postal service point. It usually takes 1-3 days for the order to arrive.


DELIVERY TO EU COUNTRIES (130 SEK)

Deliveries to EU countries will be sent by the Swedish postal service. Orders with a weight under 2 kg will be sent as a traceable letter and are insured. Orders with a weight over 2 kg will be sent as a traceable package and are also insured. It usually takes 2-9 days for the order to arrive.


DELIVERY TO OTHER COUNTRIES (210 SEK)

Deliveries to all other countries will be sent by the Swedish postal service. Orders with a weight under 2 kg will be sent as a traceable letter and are insured. Orders with a weight over 2 kg will be sent as a traceable package and are also insured. It usually takes 2-14 days for the order to arrive. The buyer is responsible for all VAT, import fees, and taxes imposed by you country.


PICK UP IN MANI STORE (FREE)

If you have selected "Pick Up MANI shop" when doing your purchase, the order will be ready for pick up from MANI store in Malmö on the following weekday. Please bring your order number.


PAYMENT

You can pay securely using VISA or MasterCard credit/debit cards. MANI payments are handled by DIBS.

When paying by card you will be asked for the card number, its period of validity and the CVC code. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details. We do not store card numbers after the transaction has been carried out.


RETURNS

We do our absolute best to describe and photograph the vintage items on our website. Refunds will only be given in the event that your item arrives in a condition grossly different than presented. MANI thoroughly inspects every item before delivery to ensure this does not happen. Please contact us on info@shopmani.net as soon as possible if you wish to return or exchange a product. You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned unused. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. All return shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer.


DAMAGED IN TRANSIT - DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Vintage clothing does show small signs of wear, and some pieces display noticeable wear. MANI products are ranked Great, Good and Fair according to the clothing conditions. In the event that an item is damaged in any way MANI will make a note of it under the item page. Refunds will only be given in the event that your item arrives in a condition grossly different than presented.

MANI is not responsible for damaged deliveries but we do our best to avoid any transit damages on the orders. MANI thoroughly inspects every item before delivery. If the product is damaged during delivery or do not correspond with how the product was presented on www.shopmani.net, please contact us info@shopmani.net as soon as you discover the damage or error.
